🚚 Processing & tracking
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a tracking link by SMS, email, or WhatsApp once your order ships.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Local delivery is available within Dar es Salaam.

Times are in business days after dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees. They exclude customs clearance, weather, or courier delays.

📦 Customs & import duties
For deliveries outside Tanzania, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected at checkout.
📍 Delivery addresses
Please double-check your address and phone number. We aren’t responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Parcels returned to us for a wrong address or non-collection will require a re-delivery fee.
