Shipping & Delivery
We ship premium hair across Africa from our base in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, and you’ll get a tracking link by SMS, email, or WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Times below are in business days after dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees. They don’t include customs clearance time.

Shipping fees
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Local delivery is available within Dar es Salaam.
Customs & import duties
For deliveries outside Tanzania, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected at checkout.
Delivery addresses
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We can’t be responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to an incorrect address. Parcels returned to us for a wrong address or non-collection will require a re-delivery fee.
