💛 Our promise
We want you to love your hair. Because hair is a personal-care product, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging with tags intact.
🕒 Return window: request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
🚫 Not eligible for return
- Hair that has been opened, worn, washed, cut, coloured, or altered
- Items marked final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
↩️ How to return an item
- Message us on WhatsApp +255 725 405 497 or email sales@malkiamelaninhair.com with your order number and reason.
- Once approved, post the item back to the address we give you. Return shipping is paid by the customer and isn’t refundable.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. No restocking fee.
📸 Damaged, faulty, or wrong item?
If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. In these cases we cover the replacement or return shipping.
🔁 Exchanges
Unopened items can be exchanged for another product within 14 days, subject to availability. You cover return shipping, and any price difference is settled before the new item ships.
This policy doesn’t affect your statutory consumer rights.
